Cost: PLAYERS $530, GOALIES $300

AGES 7-15

CURRICULUM INCLUDES:

ON ICE

• Skating development – focus on the skills required for a strong foundation
• Puck skills – stickhandling, passing, and shooting all performed at speed
• Competitive scenarios – used to reinforce tactics and concepts in a competitive environment
• Game play – read and react skills, general team play principles

OFF ICE

• Team Building – problem solving and cooperative games set in a team environment
• Training – high performance exercises focusing on quickness, strength, and agility
• Lecture/Video – hockey specifi c discussions including instructional and fun activities

Every participant receives a camp jersey • Lunch included • Maximum of 8 goalies
